There is an onsite catering preparation area within the barn, a beautiful bar and farm tables and chairs.

The property also offers a new barn for the bridal suite, a groom suite, a catering prep area and handicap accessible restrooms. All of these conveniences are included within the property rental. We are able to accommodate events with up to 150 guests in the barn.

We are happy to host any event you’d like - weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversary parties, Quinceaneras, graduation parties, etc.

RENTAL OF THE BARN INCLUDES:

• Access to the property from 11:00 am – 11:00 pm EST. Due to town ordinances, all events must end at 11:00 pm. Post-event breakdown can take place from 11:00 pm – midnight
 
• Guest seating and set up
 
• Head tables and chairs
 
• Buffet tables
 
• Gift table
 
• Bar area
 
• Use of caterer prep area, including refrigerator
 
• Restrooms (wheelchair accessible)
 
• String lighting in barn

IF YOUR CEREMONY WILL BE TAKING PLACE ON THE PROPERTY, RENTAL INCLUDES:

• Ceremony location either at log cabin or deck of farm house
 
• Seating and seating set up
 
• Rehearsal the Thursday prior (1 hour)
 
• Photo shoot on the property, scheduled ahead of time with our Wedding Agent
 

Pricing for 2022-2023
 
• Ranges from $3,500 - $4,500 for daily rental on weekend
 
• Ceremony on property; additional $500
